Sportstourismindonesia – Jakarta, November 2024 – Ketua Umum PSSI, Erick Thohir, mengapresiasi keberhasilan penerapan sistem Garuda ID dalam menekan duplikasi tiket pertandingan Timnas Indonesia. Sistem ini pertama kali digunakan saat laga melawan Jepang pada Jumat lalu, dengan hasil signifikan berupa penurunan jumlah tiket duplikasi dari 10.000 pada laga sebelumnya melawan Australia menjadi hanya 2.500 tiket. Erick berharap jumlah ini bisa ditekan lebih jauh dalam laga melawan Arab Saudi, Selasa (19/11/2024).
“Dengan dukungan dari AFC, TNI, dan POLRI, keamanan dan kenyamanan pertandingan terus meningkat. Dari sebelumnya 10.000 tiket duplikasi, sekarang turun drastis menjadi 2.500. Targetnya nanti di bawah 1.000 agar keamanan benar-benar terjaga,” ujar Erick saat meninjau persiapan di Stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno (SUGBK), Senin (18/11/2024).
Selain penurunan duplikasi tiket, Erick juga menyoroti pengoperasian CCTV dan sistem face recognition yang telah berjalan dengan baik. Teknologi ini bahkan berhasil mendeteksi kasus pencurian handphone di stadion dengan mencocokkan wajah pelaku dengan data tiketnya. “Hal seperti ini memberikan rasa aman kepada penonton. Ke depannya, integrasi antara sistem tiket dan kamera face recognition akan semakin disempurnakan,” tambahnya.
Untuk laga kandang Timnas pada Maret 2025 melawan Bahrain, Erick berencana menerapkan aturan yang lebih ketat terkait akses kendaraan di area GBK. “Seperti saat Asian Games 2018, hanya kendaraan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden yang boleh masuk. Area ring road harus steril dari kendaraan, penonton dapat menggunakan buggy car untuk akses ke stadion,” jelasnya.
Erick juga menyebutkan evaluasi terkait fasilitas di stadion, terutama akses minuman bagi penonton. “Kami sedang berdiskusi dengan pihak pengelola GBK agar penonton bisa lebih mudah mendapatkan minuman selama pertandingan. Ada opsi untuk menghapus tutup botol minuman demi alasan keamanan, namun tetap mempertimbangkan aspek kebersihan,” tutup Erick.
Penerapan sistem Garuda ID diharapkan tidak hanya meningkatkan kenyamanan dan keamanan penonton, tetapi juga menjadi langkah maju dalam modernisasi pengelolaan pertandingan sepak bola di Indonesia.
